QER\CalculateRiskIndex\MitigatingControlsPerViolation
The configuration parameter controls the calculation of risk indices for rule violations. If this parameter is set, exception approvers can assign mitigating controls to rule violations. The risk index calculation only takes these mitigating controls into account. If the parameter is not set, the risk index calculation takes the mitigating controls into account that are assigned to the compliance rules.
